About Charisse

An honest, considered approach to therapy.

I’m a BACP registered psychotherapist, relationship and sex therapist, and certified ADHD coach. I work with adults navigating change, neurodivergence, intimacy, and the quieter weight of carrying a lot for a long time.

My approach is warm, direct and grounded in evidence. We move at your pace, with clarity about what the work is, and what it isn’t.

Free consultation

A relaxed 15-minute call to share what's going on and get a sense of how I work. No pressure to commit.

STEP 2

First session

We meet in person in London or online. We map out what brought you here and what you'd like to be different.

STEP 3

Ongoing work

Weekly or fortnightly sessions, tailored to what you need. Reviewed regularly so the work stays on track.

STEP 4

Knowing when you're done

Therapy is meant to end. We talk openly about progress and what good completion looks like.
